Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Tennessee Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program Current CPR/BLS certification Local anesthesia certification Strong communication and patient-care skills Experience with Open Dental preferred Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance Take and review dental radiographs (X-rays) Assess oral health and document findings Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Assist in developing treatment plans Administer local anesthesia in accordance with Tennessee licensure regulations Maintain accurate patient records and charting Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are followed Support a welcoming and professional office environment What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive and collaborative team culture Modern technology and clinical tools Consistent Monday-Thursday schedule Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care Blue Plum Dental is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
