Join Our Team at Pleasanton Children's Dentistry & Braces as a Registered Dental Hygienist ! Who We're Looking For We are seeking a full-time experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is compassionate, and patient-focused to join our growing Pediatric Dental Practice. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in delivering high-quality care and ensuring we are providing a positive experience for each of our young patients. We hope to welcome someone interested in a long-term home where they can grow as a highly valued member of our Practice. About the Role As a key member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in creating positive dental experiences for our young patients and their families. Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following: Providing gentle, high-quality dental hygiene care Assisting chair-side and supporting four-handed dentistry Taking digital X-rays Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records Collaborating with the doctor and team to ensure seamless, compassionate care Requirements Active Texas RDH license Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist Strong dental hygiene and clinical skills Ability to assist chair-side and perform four-handed dentistry Ability to take digital X-rays Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualities Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative Familiarity with Open Dental software Bilingual (a plus) Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) with matching Dental and Vision insurance Health, life, and disability insurance Dependent health coverage Employee assistance program Employee discounts Mileage reimbursement Paid time off On-the-job training and opportunities for advancement Professional development assistance Referral program
