What You'll Do As a Dental Hygienist, you'll be an important clinical partner in helping patients achieve and maintain better oral health. You'll provide preventive and periodontal care, educate patients about their oral and overall health, collaborate with the doctor on treatment needs, and create an experience that keeps patients comfortable, informed and confident in their care. Who We're Looking For We welcome both experienced hygienists and new graduates who are passionate about patient care, education and being part of a collaborative dental team. Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain one Current CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to starting Strong communication and patient education skills A team-focused approach and commitment to an exceptional patient experience If you're looking for a practice where you can build relationships, have a voice in patient care and work alongside an experienced doctor and established team, we'd love to meet you. Schedule (days/hours) M-Th, 7 am-5 pm Responsibilities Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols. Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice. Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health. Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience. Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment. Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards. Qualifications Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice. New graduates are welcome! Current CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for patient care, education and prevention. Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience. A collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates.
