In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate orthodontic patient records, ensuring seamless new and existing patient flow within our practice. Duties Prepare, organize, and maintain comprehensive orthodontic patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes. Process and manage dental imaging procedures, including X-rays and 3D scans, ensuring high-quality images are correctly stored and labeled. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies to protect patient privacy at all times. Support infection prevention management by adhering to dental sterilization procedures and aseptic techniques during record handling. Qualifications Proven experience in dental clinic settings, preferably with pediatric dentistry or general dentistry practices. Understanding of HIPAA regulations, infection control protocols, and clinical confidentiality policies. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing medical records and dental documentation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment utilizing four-handed dentistry principles when necessary. Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery procedures, and sterilization techniques is highly desirable
