That changes the job in ways most technicians notice within a week: you know the doctors by name, you see how your work seats, and feedback comes back to you in days instead of disappearing into a mailbox. We are not a high-volume production floor. We're a small, growing team that cares about fit, esthetics, and getting the case right the first time — with the workflow investment to back that up. What You'll Do Full Dentures Tooth setups for complete and immediate dentures Wax try-in fabrication, festooning, and contouring Processing, finishing, and final polish Occlusal adjustment and articulation to prescription Repairs, Relines & Appliances Denture repairs, tooth additions, and clasp repairs Hard and soft chairside/lab relines and rebases Nightguards, bleaching trays, and retainer-style appliances Same-day and rush turnaround work when a patient is waiting Digital Print Workflow Nesting and orienting cases for print Running printers, managing resin inventory, and tracking print jobs Wash, cure, support removal, and post-processing to a finished surface Basic printer maintenance, calibration checks, and troubleshooting failed prints Quality control on printed bases, try-ins, and appliances before they move downstream Across Everything Verify each prescription against the case before starting Flag questionable impressions, bites, or Rx details early rather than working around them Keep case documentation and status current in our lab management system Maintain a clean, organized, safety-compliant bench What We're Looking For Required 2-4+ years of hands-on removable experience in a dental laboratory Strong analog fundamentals: setups, processing, finishing, and polishing Working understanding of denture occlusion and articulator use Ability to manage a daily case queue and hit scheduled ship dates Comfortable communicating directly with doctors and lab teammates about case issues Preferred Experience with 3D printing in a dental setting (any platform — SprintRay, Formlabs, Carbon, Asiga, etc.) Exposure to denture design software (exocad, 3Shape, or similar) Implant overdenture attachment processing (Locator-style housings, pickups) CDT certification, or active progress toward it Familiarity with a lab management system such as LabNext What We Offer Competitive compensation based on demonstrated skill and experience Health and dental insurance with a monthly employer contribution when enrolled in our plan Paid time off and paid sick leave 401(k) with employer matching Monday-Friday schedule — no weekend production Modern equipment and an active investment in digital removable workflows Direct access to the doctors you fabricate for, and real input on how cases are handled How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed with your resume. If you have photos of your finished work — setups, festooning, polish, or printed cases — please include them or bring them to the interview. We look at the work. Qualified candidates will be invited to a working interview.
