We are Forest Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry , and we don't just give our patients amazing smiles—we give them confidence! Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, embracing technology, and being part of a collaborative team, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Fabricate orthodontic appliances, including retainers and other custom appliances, using digital workflows and 3D printing technology. Operate and maintain 3D printers and related laboratory equipment. Trim, polish, finish, and inspect appliances to ensure they meet quality standards. Prepare models, materials, and lab cases accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked laboratory environment. Track lab cases and ensure appliances are completed on schedule. Collaborate closely with orthodontists, assistants, and the administrative team to ensure exceptional patient care. Support other laboratory and clinical duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Dental, orthodontic, laboratory, or 3D printing experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Comfortable learning and using digital technology and equipment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
