RESPONSIBILITIES
Decontaminate and sterilize instruments, medical supplies, and equipment. Assemble, wrap, and sterilize trays of instruments. Follow sterilization precautions while decontaminating. Monitor biological and chemical wash solutions to ensure quality and consistency for decontamination of instruments and medical equipment. Perform environmental maintenance duties and maintain logs in a thorough manner. Assist in maintaining inventory levels in sterile processing and equipment storage areas. Verify that equipment functions properly, requisitions for equipment maintenance, repair, or replacement, and removes defective equipment when needed. Perform weekly spore testing and maintain a log of the results. Perform weekly and monthly maintenance of Autoclave and Statim.

High School Diploma Hep B Vaccination Tetanus Vaccination
DESIRABLES CPR
