- Job Purpose
- We are seeking a skilled
- Dental Laboratory Full Technician
- to join our team. This position is responsible for the complete fabrication of
- full and partial dentures
- , from initial setup through final finishing and processing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience fabricating dentures from start to finish, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment.
- Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- + Fabricate
- full and partial dentures
- from start to finish, including tooth setup, waxing, bending wire, finishing, and processing. + Perform
- denture relines, repairs, occlusal rims, and custom trays
- . + Complete denture cases according to established laboratory procedures, quality standards, and production timelines. + Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the denture fabrication process. + Follow
- OSHA safety protocols
- and applicable dental laboratory safety procedures. + Cross-train and assist team members in various areas of the dental laboratory as needed. + Periodically serve as
- Associate Lab Manager
- in the manager's absence. + Collaborate with other dental laboratory technicians and team members to complete cases efficiently and accurately. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory work environment. + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
