PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following statement reflects the general details considered necessary to describe the principle functions of the job identified and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all work requirements that may be inherent to the job. Accurately trim and finish dental appliances to the prescribed specifications, ensuring precision, fit, and compliance with dental professionals' requirements. Conduct thorough quality control checks on appliances to verify the accuracy of trimming and overall product quality. Choose appropriate materials and finishing tools for each dental product based on specific dental cases and patient requirements. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment used in the trimming department to ensure accurate and efficient operation. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs. Maintain comprehensive records of each appliance case, including materials used, trimming specifications, and production details. Completes assigned processes according to Great Lakes standards and time constraints. Remains current and adheres to all safety and occupational health policies and procedures. Hire:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring strong manual dexterity. Excellent attention to detail and precision in work. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of dental anatomy, materials.
