We offer hands-on training at the workplace. Candidate will start as a Records/Sterilization Technician. Any interested candidates who are willing to study further will progress to being orthodontic dental assistants.

• Those with previous dental or orthodontic experience are encouraged to apply as well.
• MUST be a high school graduate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform intraoral scans
• Assist the orthodontist in providing patient care and treatment during orthodontic procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment for procedures
• Take dental x-rays as directed by the orthodontist
• Assist with patient assessment and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Travel:

This job may require travel to both the locations of our office: Ringwood NJ ( 2 days a month) and Garnerville NY ( 3 days a week). Must be willing to travel as needed. Required days at our Garnerville, NY location are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. See schedule below.

21-25 hours a week Monday 9:30 AM
