Headquartered in Savannah, GA, Pan-Am has two additional locations in Houston, TX and Sandy, UT - allowing us to serve a base of clients covering the entire country. Position Summary The Pan-Am Removable Denture Technician will specialize in acrylic processing and post processing functions within the removable department. This role is crucial in ensuring that all dentures meet the highest standards of fit, function and aesthetics. Key Responsibilities Process full and partial dentures using heat-cured, cold-cured, and injection-molded acrylics Perform flasking, investing, and boil-out procedures Pack and cure dentures while maintaining proper handling techniques Trim, finish, polish dentures to achieve optimal comfort, esthetics, and durability Perform Post-Processing procedures including but not limited to the following Remove and clean processed dentures from molds Fine-tune and adjust occlusion as necessary for proper fit Apply staining, characterizing and polishing Conduct quality control checks on finished product Work closely with removable team to make necessary adjustments as needed Stay updated with industry advancements and processing techniques Assist with training junior technicians when necessary Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in denture processing, acrylic work, or related dental lab experience Strong knowledge of acrylic materials, flasking, packing and polishing techniques Strong attention to detail assuring good craftsmanship and minimal errors Experience with 3D printed denture workflows is a plus, but not required. Highly motivated, self‑driven, and results‑oriented with strong accountability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
