Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Dental Sterilization Technician, where your expertise ensures the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. In this vital role, you will be responsible for meticulously sterilizing and preparing dental instruments, managing inventory, and supporting the clinical team to deliver exceptional care. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop specialized skills in sterile processing within a fast-paced dental practice. All applicants must be able to work at any of our 4 office locations, locations are Mill Creek, Everett, Snohomish and Arlington. Responsibilities Properly clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments using approved methods and equipment to maintain strict aseptic conditions. Manage inventory levels of sterilized supplies and dental instruments, ensuring all items are available for daily procedures. Follow detailed protocols for instrument processing, including inspection, packaging, and documentation of sterilization cycles. Assist clinical staff by preparing sterile instruments and supplies for patient procedures efficiently and accurately. Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to sterile processing and infection control standards. Support the team with general housekeeping duties in the sterilization area to uphold a clean and organized workspace. Experience Prior experience in sterile processing or medical instrument sterilization is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong understanding of aseptic techniques is essential for maintaining infection control standards. Basic knowledge of anatomy increases proficiency in handling specialized dental instruments accurately. $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
