You do not cut corners, you care about your patients as people, and you want to work in an environment where quality is never sacrificed for speed. You are collaborative, humble enough to learn, and confident enough to produce. DDS or DMD from an accredited program Active Indiana dental license or eligibility to obtain one Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry — required Strong foundation across restorative, esthetic, and general procedures Experience with or willingness to learn Cerec same-day dentistry Someone who wants a long-term home — not a temporary stop Why Private Practice There is a meaningful difference between practicing in a privately-owned office and working for a corporation.
