Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, restorative treatments, extractions, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize dental terminology accurately to explain procedures and educate patients on oral health maintenance Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment Use dental imaging technology and medical documentation tools such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for accurate record keeping and treatment planning Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize workflow efficiency and patient comfort Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient medical records and sensitive information Requirements Valid state license to practice dentistry with current credentials in good standing Proven experience in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, or related specialties such as endodontics or prosthodontics Proficiency with dental office management software including Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control standards, and medical imaging techniques Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach toward pediatric patients and diverse populations Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices to ensure confidentiality and compliance Prior experience working in a busy dental clinic or office setting is highly preferred Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through exceptional dental care!
