This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule:

1 day needed in September - 8a-5p

Setting:

Clinic Procedures/Cases:

Family Dentistry - mostly kids.

Procedures needed:

prophies, extractions, x-rays filings, pulpotomies, sealants, crowns, periodontics treatment, exams/hygiene checks

Credentialing Timeframe:

~1-2 days

Requirements:

Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Facility Location The "Hippest Town in the West," Washington State's popular capital offers an eclectic art scene, people-friendly communities and infinite recreational opportunities.
