Job Description Dialysis Clinical Technician - St. Mary's Part-Time | 20 Hours per Week Eligible for Part-Time Benefits $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for Certified Dialysis Clinical Technicians (CCHT) We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Dialysis Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work in patient care and a passion for helping individuals with kidney disease. As a Clinical Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing dialysis treatments and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

DESCRIPTION
St. Mary Dialysis is an outpatient dialysis facility. The facility oversees peritoneal and home dialysis patients. Census is 66 incenter patients. The department is staffed with Nephrologists, Registered Nurses, and Dialysis Clinical Technicians. The unit has multiple support staff members including the front desk team and tech leader staff (machine maintenance) that may assist with operational duties within the clinic. Our team provides patient education as well as referrals to transplant services for sites the patient requests to be referred to. The unit is typically open Monday through Saturday 5:00 am to 6:30 pm for patient care hours with some flexibility based on the clinic's needs.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a dialysis technician training program preferred. Certification as a Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) required within 18-months of employment.
