We are looking for a strong Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department in a long-term care facility in Troy, Alabama. This is a challenging environment and we need someone with an exceptional work ethic, excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to lead a team. The Dietary Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, dietary staff, meal service, sanitation, compliance, inventory, ordering, and overall department performance. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, organized, professional, and able to maintain high standards in a fast-paced nursing home setting. Long-term care dietary experience is strongly preferred.

CDM/CFPP

preferred. Responsibilities include managing dietary staff, ensuring timely and accurate meal service, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, supporting resident satisfaction, managing inventory and food costs, and keeping the department survey-ready.

Pay:

From $35,000.00 per year
