What You'll Do Prepare and assist with nutritious, high-quality meals for residents, patients, employees, and guests. Assist with meal service by delivering meals, serving residents, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. Support meal preparation by assisting with food production, portioning, plating, and kitchen organization. Ensure meals are prepared and served safely while following food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, dining area, and work environment. Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and monitoring food quality. Work collaboratively with our dietitian and healthcare team to meet residents' and patients' nutritional needs. Healthcare, long-term care, restaurant, or institutional food service experience is a plus. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and safe food handling practices. A positive attitude and passion for serving others. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. Dependable, organized, and committed to providing excellent service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
