Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals according to established menus and dietary requirements. Assist with meal preparation, cooking, portioning, and presentation. Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area. Assist with serving meals and ensuring residents receive the appropriate meals. Help with dishes, cleaning, stocking, and other dietary duties as needed. Follow proper food-handling and temperature-control procedures. Work cooperatively with the dietary team and other departments. Provide friendly and respectful service to residents.
