Description:

As a Food & Nutrition Dietary Aide, you'll help deliver high-quality meals and exceptional service to patients, staff, and visitors. This versatile role covers various duties including food prep, tray assembly, café support, and sanitation—perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Essential Duties:

Prepare and assemble patient meal trays based on specific dietary needs and restrictions. Deliver meals to patient rooms in a timely, courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and dishware. Assist with food prep, portioning, and restocking supplies as needed. Operate dish machines and properly handle all utensils and meal carts. Communicate with nursing and kitchen staff to ensure accurate meal delivery.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous food service experience, especially in healthcare, is a plus. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting. Ability to stand for extended periods, push food carts, and lift up to 50 lbs. ServSafe Certification (preferred or required within 90 days of hire)
