Certified Dietary Management (CDM) Previous cooking experience required; long-term care or healthcare experience preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and sanitation standards. Ability to work independently and adapt to different kitchen teams. Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude.
ServSafe Certification Job Duties:
Knowledge of and hands on experience with menu creation and food production Ability to coordinate dietary services with other departments Inventory, Order, and store food and material supply weekly Assume administrative authority and accountability of supervising dietary staff and the overall function of the Dietary department in strict compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and code Visit with residents daily to ascertain diet and food preference information Craneville Place truly appreciates our dedicated staff and looks forward to welcoming our new Dietary Manager to our extended family!
