In this role, you'll assist with both food preparation and meal service, helping ensure our residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals in a clean, welcoming environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is a team player, and is willing to learn all aspects of a healthcare kitchen. What You'll Do Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines Assist with meal tray assembly and food service Portion and serve meals while ensuring accuracy for therapeutic diets Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas Stock food and supplies and rotate inventory Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures Work as part of a team to provide excellent service to our residents Qualifications Previous food service or cooking experience is preferred but not required Nursing home, rehabilitation, hospital, or healthcare dietary experience is a plus Willingness to work in both cook and dietary aide capacities as needed Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented Strong commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction Why Join Our Team?
