Full Time; Health, Dental + Vision Insurance; PTO/STO; 401(A); Short Term/Long Term Disability Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the orientation and training of new dietary personnel Provides ongoing in-service for dietary personnel Supervises the use and care of all equipment Maintains safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures pertaining to dietary department Ordering of food supplies Receives and checks incoming supplies Plans menus, adhering to budget Maintains accurate time records for dietary employees Responsible for the part of the disaster plan that applies to the dietary department Inventory of food supplies and equipment monthly Plans and prepares meals for special meetings and parties Other duties as assigned
