Job Description

White Oak of Waxhaw's team strives to anticipate the needs of each of our patients and residents with each meal that we provide. We want every customer's experience to be top-notch! White Oak of Waxhaw is looking to hire a Dietary Aide with full-time hours. Experience in Long Term Care as a Dietary Aide is a plus but not required. We will provide one-on-one training to help set you up for success in your role.

Quick role snapshot:

Dietary Aides are responsible for serving meals to patient/residents on the assigned neighborhood. Each dietary cart is stocked by the dietary aide with the necessary serving utensils, food quantity for serving, proper food temperature monitoring, and necessary meal extras to serve the designated meal. Inventory such as dinnerware, utensils, cups, condiments, snacks and perishables are stocked on the assigned neighborhood. Daily cleaning assignments to ensure food and safety protocols within the dietary department. This opening is for someone that has the flexibility to work some shifts on 1st and 2nd, alternating weekdays & weekends.

Shift Times vary between:
