Dietary Aide - Part time - immediate hire

CLASSIFICATION

Non-Exempt Summary St. Catherine of Siena is seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our food service team. This position is part-time with the opportunity to move into full-time based on availability and performance. Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and service Serve meals hot, on time, and courteously Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas Follow safety and infection control procedures Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions. Team-orientated with a respectful and compassionate attitude ServSafe certification preferred Willing to train for

Food Handler Certification Requirements:

Education and/or Experience Graduate from a high school or GED Previous hospital or healthcare nutrition services experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Can lift up to 40lbs Able to push / pull food carts and kitchen equipment
