Duties

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals following dietary guidelines
Ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout all food preparation stages
Provide excellent customer service to residents during meal times
Collaborate with the dietary department to meet residents' dietary needs
Support the cook in meal preparation and food handling tasks Requirements
Prior experience as a Culinary Assistant or similar role is preferred
Knowledge of food production and meal preparation techniques
Familiarity with assisted living or healthcare food service is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow dietary guidelines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
