Job Description

Dietary Aide Dietary Aide Highland Court is a memory care community that is currently in need of a dietary aide (a.k.a. kitchen staff!). QUALIFICATIONS

18 Years of Age 1 Year Experience Serving Food Handlers Card Required Great communication skills, and attention to detail Commitment to quality customer service and a heart for seniors. Reliability and dependability are a must A strong work ethic, commitment to greatness, & cleanliness are other qualities we seek out in interested candidates.

JOB DUTIES

Aid in serving meals and snacks in our facility's communal kitchen and individual rooms. Maintain a positive and professional relationship between residents and staff. Aid in bussing and wiping tables, cleaning dishes, mopping floors and other dietary duties as assigned. Be prompt yet flexible; working with seniors is a special type of dining experience.
