Position:

Dietary Aide (Full Time)

Work Schedule:

FT Dietary Aide - 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 4-5 days a week including every other weekend and every other holiday.

Main responsibilities:

Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas Serving food to residents in the lunchroom/bringing food to residents in their rooms Reading tray cards and ensuring meals are served accurately according to residents' dietary needs, including special diets Cleaning eating areas after meals Bringing in delivered food items from vendors/providers and stocking the pantry/fridge/freezer Adhering to all health and safety procedures during the process of food preparation Additional duties as assigned
