We specialize in helping patients manage diabetes and gastrointestinal conditions through personalized, evidence-based nutrition care. This is a great opportunity for a dietitian who enjoys meaningful patient relationships, values supportive mentorship, and wants to grow in a collaborative practice environment. What You'll Do Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy for patients with diabetes and GI conditions Conduct initial and follow-up nutrition assessments, develop care plans, and monitor progress Collaborate with patients to create realistic, sustainable nutrition strategies Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients from diverse backgrounds Participate in case discussions and ongoing mentorship within the practice What We're Looking For Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential in good standing or will sit for the exam in 2026 Strong communication and counseling skills Interest in integrative health: diabetes, digestive health, hormonal health and patient-centered care Open to new graduates who are eager to learn and grow Spanish-speaking ability is a bonus and strongly valued Preferred Qualities Warm, collaborative, and professional communication style Comfortable working in a hybrid setting Organized, dependable, and proactive Passion for helping patients make lasting health changes What We Offer A supportive mentorship opportunity for new graduates The chance to build experience in both diabetes, hormonal health and GI nutrition care A hybrid work arrangement based in Arroyo Grande A welcoming, patient-centered practice culture Please send your resume along with a video (2 min or less) describing your interest to the following email: .
