Clinical Dietitian I-Onsite Duarte Full time This role involves continuous monitoring of patient progress towards achieving their nutrition goals, providing ongoing nutritional care, and offering nutrition counseling and follow-up services. The Clinical Dietitian I also supervises the activities of Dietetic Technicians and serves as a valuable resource on current nutrition topics for staff, other healthcare professionals, and the community. As a successful candidate, you will: Provide timely, comprehensive and complete education/teaching to patients and families and documentation of progress towards achievement of outcomes. Effectively communicate with all customers/team members to meet organizational goals and customer service expectations. Demonstrate competence appropriate to the role and function in age-specific care and nutrition management.

Experience:
0-2 years of experience as clinical dietitian; new grads encouraged to apply
