Outpatient Clinic | In-Person & Telemedicine Options About the Position We are seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our growing outpatient practice in a versatile, part-time role designed to be tailored to the strengths, interests, and professional goals of the dietitian we hire. This is an opportunity for an RD who enjoys individualized patient care and wants flexibility in developing a practice within an outpatient clinical setting. The position may include a combination of metabolic nutrition, orthopedic nutrition, preventive care, and other areas of interest. We are open to candidates with a variety of professional backgrounds. No specific number of years of experience is required. We value clinical knowledge, communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine interest in helping patients achieve better health outcomes. Areas of Practice May Include Metabolic nutrition and weight management Nutrition for metabolic health Orthopedic and musculoskeletal health Nutrition counseling and lifestyle modification Individualized nutrition assessments and care plans Nutrition support for patients undergoing orthopedic or rehabilitation care Preventive and wellness-focused nutrition Other areas based on the dietitian's interests and expertise Position Flexibility The role is intentionally designed to be flexible and may be customized based on the needs of the practice and the professional goals of the selected dietitian.
Potential arrangements may include:
Part-time outpatient clinic hours In-person patient visits Telemedicine appointments Flexible scheduling Opportunities to develop areas of specialty Potential insurance-based and/or private-pay services, depending on practice needs and arrangements Office locations currently include San Clemente, Rancho Santa Margarita, and Palm Desert. The specific location(s) and schedule are TBD and can be discussed based on the candidate's availability and the needs of the practice. Compensation Production-based compensation. Details will be discussed based on the scope of services, patient volume, schedule, and practice arrangement. Qualifications Registered Dietitian credential required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient-centered approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an outpatient environment Interest in metabolic nutrition, orthopedic nutrition, or related areas is a plus Newer RDs and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply Why Join Us?
