Role:
As a Registered Dietitian (RD/LD) at Vivo Healthcare Wauchula, you will play a vital role in the dietary care of our residents. Your expertise in nutrition and dietetics will help our residents thrive and maintain optimal health. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for: Conducting nutrition assessments and developing personalized dietary plans for residents Providing nutrition education and counseling to residents and their families Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintaining accurate records and documentation of resident care and nutrition plans Staying up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in nutrition and dietetics
Responsibilities:
Conduct nutrition care planning and implementation Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and families Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal resident outcomes Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nutrition and dietetics
