We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and creative Registered Dietitian or Licensed Nutritionist to join our growing team. This is an in person position in our new Cary location. This position is part-time to start with the potential to grow as case load expands. You will provide 1:1 nutritional counseling, interpret functional labs, and expand our footprint through social media, blog content, and community outreach.
Provide in-person consultations to clients (mostly women) helping them manage health conditions, including perimenopause, PCOS, endometriosis, weight loss, diabetes, food sensitivities, and IBS.
Functional Lab Testing & Interpretation:
Interpret lab results (hormone panels, food sensitivity tests, etc.) and provide nutritional guidance based on findings.
Client Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong, supportive relationships with clients. Provide accountability, guidance, and encouragement.
Independent Work:
Build your caseload, with the flexibility to create your own schedule.
Networking and Growth:
With marketing support and guidance from us, you will have the opportunity to grow your client base through networking, physician referrals, and community outreach. Preferred Experience & Skills Experience in
Women's Health:
Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: menopause, endometriosis, PCOS, fertility, fibroids, weight loss, and diabetes. Additional experience with food sensitivities, MCAS, and histamine intolerance is a huge plus.
Telehealth Experience:
Familiarity and comfort with technology (Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.) and the ability to work independently. Experience with Healthie EHR strongly preferred.
Functional Nutrition Knowledge:
Understanding of functional nutrition principles and lab testing to guide evidence-based dietary and supplement recommendations.
Strong Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client consultations, provider outreach, and content creation.
Illinois Licensure:
Must hold a current and valid Illinois license as a Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. Must also be willing to credential with insurance companies and carry personal liability insurance.
Certifications:
Additional certifications, such as Certified Nutrition Specialist, are strongly preferred.
