Job Description

Required Education:

Associate's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field is preferred. Certification as a Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent is highly desirable.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in dietary management within a healthcare setting. Proven track record of managing dietary services and staff effectively. Experience in menu planning and nutritional analysis.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong knowledge of dietary guidelines and regulations, particularly in healthcare environments. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to develop and implement effective dietary programs and initiatives. Proficient in using dietary management software and tools. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
