Meadow Health is a PCOS-specialized telehealth platform built for women who are done being told everything looks fine. We start with comprehensive hormone testing, including the DUTCH test and full blood panel, identify the root cause of each patient's PCOS, and build a personalized care plan around their biology. We are looking for a PCOS-experienced Registered Dietitian to join our clinical team as a contractor. What you'll do

• Review patient DUTCH test and blood panel results alongside our clinical provider
• Build personalized PCOS nutrition protocols tailored to each patient's hormone profile and PCOS type
• Create individualized meal plans with a focus on insulin resistance, androgen reduction, and hormone balance
• Develop supplement recommendations based on lab results
• Deliver written nutrition protocols and lifestyle guidance directly to patients through our platform
• Contribute to Meadow's PCOS Nutritional Protocol content and patient education materials What we're looking for
• Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) credential: active and in good standing
• PCOS and women's hormonal health experience. This is essential
• Familiarity with insulin resistance, blood sugar management, and low glycemic nutrition
• Experience interpreting functional medicine labs a plus: DUTCH test experience ideal
• Integrative or functional nutrition background preferred
