We have an exciting opportunity at a long-term care facility in Byrdstown, TN for 4 hours per week or 8 hours every other week! Responsibilities:

Conduct clinical nutrition assessments Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR Complete MDS assessments Calculate tube feeding regimens Provide nutrition recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
