In this role, you'll spearhead menu and recipe innovation that meets strategic objectives, delights customers, and ensures smooth operational delivery through teamwork, ingenuity, and attention to detail. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range:

Act as a liaison for consumer insights, ensuring menu development reflects customer preferences. Support the development of recipes and menus for retail concepts across various segments. Collaborate with technical departments to ensure alignment with culinary standards and operational requirements.
