With more than 20+ locations throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, we are expanding rapidly and seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to help lead our next phase of growth. About the Role The Director of Nursing will oversee clinical operations across multiple outpatient healthcare locations, providing leadership and support to nursing and clinical teams. This individual will work closely with physicians, administrators, and executive leadership to maintain consistent clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and an outstanding patient experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively balance strategic planning with day-to-day clinical operations. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support nursing and clinical teams across multiple healthcare locations, with a primary focus on vascular services.
Collaborate closely with the Regional Director of Clinical Services and physicians throughout the AIM Health network.
Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
Uphold compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation requirements.
Standardize clinical workflows and operational processes across multiple sites.
Partner with physicians and executive leadership to support organizational growth and strategic initiatives.
Monitor staffing levels, performance metrics, and operational outcomes.
Mentor, coach, and develop nursing leaders and clinical staff.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, clinical excellence, and exceptional patient care.
Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred 3+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience Experience in the OR setting - vascular/IR experience preferred Multi-site healthcare management experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of outpatient clinical operations, quality programs, and regulatory compliance Proven ability to lead teams through growth and organizational change Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary starting at $100,000+ based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Executive leadership exposure and collaboration Significant career growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding healthcare organization Opportunity to influence clinical excellence across multiple specialties and locations Why AIM Health?
