Job Description

American Career College seeks an Associate Director of Nursing to support leadership of our nursing programs in a student-centered, mission-driven environment. You will oversee daily academic and clinical operations, support curriculum implementation, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, and guide faculty in delivering high-quality, hands-on instruction. In collaboration with the Director of Nursing, you will drive student success, mentor instructors, coordinate clinical placements, and use data to improve outcomes, directly impacting students' readiness for entry-level healthcare careers.
