Collaborate with executive leadership to establish organizational policies, goals, and quality improvement initiatives. Supervise staff performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and personnel management activities to foster a positive work environment. Skills Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop long-term organizational goals. Proven expertise in budgeting and financial management within healthcare or educational settings. Extensive knowledge of state-specific education laws relevant to nursing education and practice. Demonstrated management capabilities including staff supervision, team leadership, and personnel management in education or healthcare environments. Experience in school administrative leadership or academic leadership roles within educational institutions is highly desirable. Skilled in organizational budget management with a focus on resource optimization. Exceptional instructional leadership abilities to guide staff development and educational initiatives. Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and executive stakeholders. Proven track record of leadership in education administration or university-level settings related to health sciences or nursing programs.
