Nursing Program Director About Us We are an educational center delivering healthcare training programs. As we expand our nursing division, we are seeking an experienced program leader to build and oversee the educational process in accordance with state and industry standards. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Nursing Program curriculum in compliance with accrediting and licensing body requirements. Ensure program alignment with
NCLEX-RN/NCLEX-PN
standards (as applicable) Recruit, hire, train, and supervise nursing faculty Oversee the quality of students' clinical practice; manage clinical site partnerships Maintain documentation for accreditation and prepare reports for regulatory bodies Monitor student performance, NCLEX pass rates, retention, and completion rates Manage program budgeting and resource allocation Coordinate with center administration on the program's strategic development Ensure compliance with academic integrity, student conduct, and clinical safety policies Requirements Active RN (Registered Nurse) license in the relevant state Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required; Doctoral degree (DNP/PhD) preferred 5+ years of clinical practice experience 3+ years of teaching experience in nursing programs Prior program leadership or educational administration experience preferred Knowledge of accreditation requirements (ACEN, CCNE, State Board of Nursing) Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication skills; experience working with faculty and students We Offer Competitive salary Professional development opportunities Involvement in the strategic growth of the educational center How to Apply Only via
