Job Description

Life Care Centers seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in a senior living and rehabilitation setting. The ADON will assist the DON with daily nursing operations, staff supervision, and clinical quality initiatives while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating care plans, monitoring clinical outcomes, mentoring and scheduling nursing staff, and supporting surveys and audits. The role partners closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident-centered care, safety, and satisfaction, and offers opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative, patient-first culture.
