We are currently searching for a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team of managers dedicated to building an engaging and positive culture at Rose Haven Nursing Home. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care (LTC), preferably to include leadership experience.

The qualified candidate will have:

Current IA Registered Nurse (RN) license and in good standing with the Iowa Board of Nursing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of state and federal regulations in long-term care Experience with the applicable state

Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid Responsibilities:

$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
