The Director of Nursing (DON) plays a critical leadership role in ensuring excellent resident outcomes, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting nursing staff performance. As the Director of Nursing (DON), you will oversee all nursing operations, establish clinical standards, and promote a culture of accountability, safety, and resident-centered care.
