Qualifications:

Active Illinois RN license in good standing 2+ years of Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills Experience with quality assurance and regulatory compliance Ability to lead, develop, and support a high-performing nursing team If you're an experienced Director of Nursing looking for a beautiful facility, an established clinical team, and the opportunity to earn a lucrative monthly bonus , we'd love to connect!
