Job Description

Signature HealthCARE seeks a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations in our long-term care and post-acute facility. In this resident-centered, faith-based environment, you will oversee nursing services, staffing, and care quality while ensuring compliance with all regulations. The Director of Nursing will guide interdisciplinary care planning, champion infection control and quality improvement, and mentor nursing staff in servant leadership.
