Glen Ridge Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing department's daily operations within a skilled nursing facility. Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans tailored to meet individual resident needs. Conduct regular assessments to monitor resident health status and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing personnel. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction. Act as a liaison between nursing staff, residents, families, and administration to address concerns and promote effective communication.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the state regulatory board. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum of [X] years of nursing experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a skilled nursing facility. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
