Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing Services (DNS) to join our team at HireCare Services — Massachusetts in Shrewsbury, MA. As a Director of Nursing Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall quality and effectiveness of our nursing services, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of nursing services, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care coordination Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of nursing services with other aspects of patient care Conduct regular quality assessments and quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal reporting needs Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans and goals to drive business growth and success
