Key Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing with the overall management of nursing services Support and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality resident care Monitor clinical practices, documentation, and resident outcomes Assist with staff scheduling, assignments, orientation, and training Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations Assist with surveys, audits, and corrective action plans Respond to resident and family concerns professionally and promptly Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment Serve as a nursing leader and role model for staff Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred Long-term care/skilled nursing experience strongly preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of nursing regulations and quality standards Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse nursing team Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Why Join Reading Center?
