Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and Medicare guidelines
  • Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve quality of care
  • Stay up-to-date with current medical practices, advancements, and technologies
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of nursing services
Requirements:
  • Valid RN nursing license and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting
  • In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and care plans
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and Medicare guidelines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families
  • Ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Experience in hospice care is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities

$115,000.00
